A Graduate in Business Administration with Post-Graduation in Law from Madurai Kamaraj University is also a member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India, commenced his Professional carrier as a Management Trainee with Indchem Electronics Limited part of Sanmar Group of Companies, later moved on to work with various Conglomerates like Murugappa Group, Atlas Capco, Kothari’s, Kotak and Mahindra & Mahindra Group in various capacities handling multiple discipline as a part of Senior management team before demitting the corporate roles, to pursue Consultancy Practice to disseminate the learnings for the benefit of all.
Over a span of three decades gained experience in handling critical matters, advising the Board of Companies on Corporate Governance and developed expertise in the field of Corporate Laws, Indirect Taxation, Project Management, Raising Capital, Restructuring, Secretarial Practices, Labour Laws, Regulatory Requirements, Negotiating business Contracts, Business plans, Joint Ventures and Liaising with Government Agencies.

Sundararaman Kannan served in a Nationalised Bank over two decades before moving to private sector as a General Manager in a company engaged in Manufacturing and exporting merchandise, later worked as a Counsellor for a Corporate Group of companies based out at Bangalore which was into manufacturing grey fabric industrial vessels and the like. During his stint in the nationalised bank have handled multiple disciplines like corporate finance, Export & Import credits, Forex management, Audits and branch operations, while in the private sector handled Sales, Administration, Labour Laws, liaising with Government Agencies and other Legal matters.
